They let us check out 2 hours late.

Housekeeping knocked at 10am, then entered our room an hour before we had to check out.

Nearly every staff member was rude and/or didn't seem to care about their guests.

Free airport shuttle.

Shuttle had reservation book but even if you booked in advance they did not honor the reservation that was confirmed.

This is an airport hotel that needs to become a non smoking property as currently it stinks of cigarettes. I stayed there to catch the airport train to the convention Cebter but even when booked in advance they still left me behind which was very inconvenient. ...read more

Clean Room, and shuttle drive was very helpful.

The hallways contained a heavy nicotine odor that caused my to wheeze and cough.

Even though our room was a non-smoking room, the hall of floor we stayed on reeked of tobacco and nicotine as if 50 years of smokers had inhabited the area. Couldn't leave fast enough in the morning to be able to breathe fresh air. ...read more
